Club bylaws

Last updated April 2026

These bylaws set the expectations for conduct and membership within Neera. They exist to protect the experience of every member, a community carefully selected and never random.

Membership

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Each member is expected to uphold the values of the Club and to behave with courtesy and discretion at all times. The membership committee may amend, suspend, or revoke membership where conduct falls short of these standards.

Guests

Members are responsible for their guests. Each member may bring up to three guests at any one time, and for no more than four guest visits per month. The member must remain on site with their guests throughout the visit.

Privacy & discretion

Neera is a discreet environment. Photography, videography, and the sharing of member identities outside of Club-authorised channels are not permitted in any venue. Please refer to our social media policy for the specifics.

Conduct

Behaviour that causes discomfort to fellow members, staff, or guests , whether through language, intoxication, or otherwise, is grounds for the membership committee to review a member’s standing.

Financial

Membership fees are payable annually in advance. Joining fees are non-refundable. Prices are VAT-inclusive. The Club reserves the right to adjust fees with sixty days’ notice.

Amendments

These bylaws may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated directly to members by the membership team.

These policies are summary documents and are superseded by the full member agreement you receive on joining.
