Neera handles member and applicant information with the discretion you would expect of a private members club. This notice summarises what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

Identity, contact, professional and biographical information submitted through your application; visit history and preferences recorded during your time at the Club; and transactional records related to your membership and on-site spend.

Why we process it

To review your application, deliver your membership, operate the Club safely, and personalise your experience. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how our community uses the Club.

Who we share with

Only with service providers who help us operate the Club (for example, our reservations platform, payment processors, and IT partners) and with reciprocal clubs where a visit request requires it. We do not sell member data.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are no longer required to retain it. Write to info@neeradubai.com.

Retention

Active member data is retained for the duration of your membership and for a period thereafter in line with accounting and regulatory obligations. Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

These policies are summary documents and are superseded by the full member agreement you receive on joining.
